Privacy and cookies policy describes the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services of the website pasazerka.pl and the use of cookies and other technologies.

Definitions

– Google Analytics, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA – To create and learn statistics and analyze them, optimize websites.

  1. Personal data voluntarily provided by Users are processed for one of the following purposes:

– Providing electronic services, such as commenting/liking services on the website,

-Newsletter services (including sending advertising content with consent)

– Registration and maintenance services for the User’s account on the Website and related functionalities

– Administrator’s communication with Users on matters related to the website and data protection

– Ensuring the legally justified interest of the Administrator.

  1. Threats on the User’s side – the Administrator uses all possible technical measures to ensure the security of data stored in cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity. The Administrator is not responsible for intercepting this data, impersonating the User’s session or deleting it as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware that may have infected the User’s Device.
  2. The website – articles, posts, entries or comments by Users – may contain links to external websites with which the Website Owner does not cooperate. These links and the pages or files indicated under them may be dangerous to your Device or pose a threat to the security of your data. The administrator is not responsible for the content outside the website.

Server logs

  1. Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query sent to the server is saved in the server logs.
  2. The logs include the IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and the operating system the user is using. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
  3. Data saved in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the website and are not used to identify the user.
  4. Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
